Our Policies

Our salon has the following policies for the mutual convenience of our clients and the salon:

• We offer a 5-day guarantee on Gel and Full Set services. If a nail breaks or chips within this period, we'll repair it free of charge.
• We have the right to refuse or stop service for anyone who is rude or comes in with a bad attitude.
• Health issues or diabetes must be communicated before service.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items or gift cards.
• We do not provide refunds on services. However, we will resolve any issues with the service itself.
• Our prices are available on our menu booklet or our website. Please confirm prices with the nail technicians before receiving services.
• Please give us advance notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
• Please let us know which service you would like to receive. If you need clarification, please speak with the salon manager.
• If you are unsatisfied with our service, please inform the salon manager immediately, and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
